Return and Exchange Policy
The bottom line is that we want you to have the best gear possible from us.  If you aren’t satisfied with it, find some type of a defect, or grabbed the wrong size, we will happily exchange it or offer a refund.  Send us an email at thom@hurtlockerapparel.com and include your order number in the subject line of the email.  Please list the reason for the exchange as well.  We ask that you return the product to us at the address listed below.  Once we receive the item(s) we will exchange it.

Upon our receipt, we will either refund your order or ship a replacement out to you.

Refund Requests

When the returned item is received, the value of your returned item will be credited back as soon as our Returns Department has completed processing your return.

Exchange Requests

When the returned item is received, we will process a new order immediately at no extra charge.
