What is your return policy? We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and unwashed. If something's defective or wrong, we'll make it right regardless of when it happened. Email thom@hurtlockerapparel.com with your order number.

How do I exchange for a different size? Email us at thom@hurtlockerapparel.com with your order number and the size you need. Once we confirm availability, ship the original item back and we'll send your replacement.

Where are your products made? Our apparel is screen printed in the USA by our print partner. We don't use print-on-demand services — every shirt is properly screen printed for durability and quality.

How long does shipping take? Orders process in 1-3 business days. Standard domestic shipping is 5-7 business days after that. See our full Shipping Policy for details.

Do you offer bulk or team orders? Yes — email us at thom@hurtlockerapparel.com for bulk pricing. Minimum quantities apply.

What does "Death Before DNF" mean? DNF = Did Not Finish. It's the one result that's never acceptable. Whether you're mid-WOD, mid-race, or mid-anything — you finish. Death Before DNF isn't just a saying. It's a standard.

How do I apply a discount code? At checkout, enter your code in the "Discount code" field on the right side of the screen (desktop) or under the order summary dropdown (mobile).
