SHIPPING

Has my order shipped?
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.  It is important that you double check your email address to ensure it is correct so that you receive all communications from us.  Basically, if you can't enter your own email right, don't be mad at us when you don't get notifications.

PayPal Addresses
If you are paying with PayPal, the system will use your default PayPal address.  Please make sure that your address on file with PayPal is current and up to date.  If you don't have your address updated and suddenly realize that after you place an order, shoot an email over to orders@hurtlockerapparel.com and let us know the correct address.

An item is missing from my shipment.  
Occasionally our warehouse guys are drunk.  Be glad an empty bottle of Patron or a dead animal didn't show up in your package.  To fix a missing item, email orders@hurtlockerapparel.com (be sure to include your order number) with what items were not included in your order.

When will my back order arrive?
We actually work pretty hard to make sure that nothing is on back order at the time you order it, but some times crap happens.  As soon as back ordered items are available, you will get them first.

Can I pick up my order to save on shipping?
Our location is a death trap and we don't even like walking around in it.  So we sure as hell don't want you walking around in it, too.  The best bet is to order it online and have it shipped to you.  If we will be at an event that you are attending, let us know and we can bring your order there and work out something to save the shipping.

International Shipping
Your order might be subject to import taxes depending on where you are located and the size of the package. These taxes are not covered by the shipping charge on your order and you will have to pay them to receive your package.

Shipping Policy
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please be sure to provide the correct shipping information to avoid loss or damage. Hurt Locker is also not responsible for delays in shipping due to weather conditions, incorrect shipping addresses or missing shipping information. If the package is returned to sender due to the customer not meeting these arrangements, the customer is responsible for any reshipping costs.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

The bottom line is that we want you to have the best gear possible from us.  If you aren’t satisfied with it, find some type of a defect, or grabbed the wrong size, we will happily exchange it or offer a refund.  Send us an email at exchanges@hurtlockerapparel.com and include your order number in the subject line of the email.  Please list the reason for the exchange as well.  We ask that you return the product to us at the address listed below.  Once we receive the item(s) we will exchange it.

DISCOUNTS

Do you offer a military/LEO/FF/EMT discount?
We do have discount codes for active duty military and LEO/FF/EMT.  If this is you, send us an email showing that you are active duty military or LEO/FF/EMT and we will provide the discount code.

Do you offer volume/bulk order discounts?
Duh.  Of course we do.  If your box wants to place a big order for members or if you and some friends want to order 20 shirts to save on shipping, we can help out with that.  Email us at orders@hurtlockerapparel.com for more info.
